We offer premium home, auto, life, health, commercial, workers’ comp insurance and commercial bonding to individuals and businesses throughout Kansas. Our agency works with multiple insurance carriers, enabling our team to find great policies and rates for our clients so they don’t have to.

Our roots

KSI Agency's history dates back to 1992 when our co-owner Keith Schrag first joined the insurance industry alongside his father. He renamed the business to Keith Schrag Insurance, Inc in 2010, and then four years later became a real estate broker. Keith’s wife Connie Schrag then joined the business. The duo changed the name to KSI Realty and Insurance to encompass their new line of service.

This agency was founded on the principle to help Kansans find the insurance coverage they want at a competitive premium. In our continued effort to put this principle into practice and offer more and better options to our clients, we entered the insurance side of the business into a partnership with Eck Agency in 2021 and now operate as KSI Agency. Our improved independent insurance agency now has more options, more services and more ways to give our clients the coverage they want.
